4. Accounts & Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. The Service

The Service provides features such as generating summaries or analyses of online content. Novize is not affiliated with YouTube, Google, or any other third-party service unless explicitly stated. We may modify, update, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, infringe on intellectual property, or attempt to bypass usage limits or security measures.

7. AI-Generated Output Disclaimer

Summaries and AI-generated outputs may be incorrect, incomplete, or misleading. You are responsible for verifying outputs before relying on them. The Service does not provide professional advice.

8. Paid Plans, Billing & Payment

Paid subscriptions are processed via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You authorize us to charge the recurring subscription fee plus applicable taxes.

9. Cancellation, Downgrades, and Refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, subscription fees are non-refundable.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Novize will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability will not exceed the amounts you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
